Allan Walton is a registered psychotherapist and a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. He has 35 years of experience in assessing and treating chronic pain, mild to moderate brain injury and emotional response following trauma. He has over 25 years experience in providing vocational assessments for individuals with disabilities. He has an Honours BA in psychology and an MA in psychology from York University and is currently a candidate in the Ph.D. program in psychology. He has provided testimony as an expert in court and at arbitrations. He has published in the areas of chronic pain and learning behaviour as well as social psychology. He is currently Clinical Director of Fox Psychological Services, a clinic specializing in providing psychological, neuropsychological, vocational assessments and treatment services.
Dr. Philip Miller.

Philip Miller is a duly qualified psychologist, registered with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. He obtained his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Waterloo in 1985 and has presented and published in the area of home based pain management and rehabilitation, clinical outcome, post-traumatic adjustment, cognitive psychotherapy of chronic pain and psychovocational assessments in personal injury. He is co-editor of Beyond Cognitive Therapy: Approaches to Non-Traditional Populations. He has supervised psychological services in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic and has also operated a private practice. He has testified as an expert in the Ontario courts.
Dr. Maneet Bhatia.

Maneet Bhatia a Registered Clinical Psychologist licensed to practice in the province of Ontario (Registration No. 5551, College of Psychologists of Ontario). His qualifications include an M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in Counselling Psychology from McGill University. Dr. Bhatia has over ten years of clinical experience conducting psychological assessments and psychological treatment working in numerous settings including outpatient mental health clinics, university counselling centers, school settings, medical clinics, and in private practice. Dr. Bhatia has published numerous scholarly articles and presented at many international scholarly conferences. He conducts psychotherapy research and training at the Psychotherapy Research Program at Harvard Medical School.
Dr. Lisa Trepanier.

Lisa Trépanier is a licensed Psychologist in the province of Ontario (#3908). Her practice is in Clinical Neuropsychology and Clinical Psychology. Her past training has been extensive with a wide range of populations, including neurological, medical, and psychiatric. Her original training was at Toronto based teaching hospitals (UHN-TWH, SMH, CAMH, and Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care). She worked full-time at St. John’s Rehabilitation Hospital for 7 months, Lakeridge Health Corporation (LHC) in Acute Care Medicine for 5 ½ years, and now works full time in private practice in Ajax (The Workplace) and Bowmanville (Bowmanville Professional Medical Building) where most of her work involves consultations, assessments and related treatment. Her PhD dissertation work examined the impact of neurosurgical interventions for the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease on neurocognitive functioning. Her post-doctoral work primarily focused on the HIV/AIDS and Concurrent Disorders (substance abusing mentally ill) populations. She has worked on committees for WSIB and hospital committees to design evidence-based programs of care for individuals with mild traumatic brain injuries (MTBI) as well as for stroke, brain tumors, etc. She has been involved in providing clinical and educational services for York Regional Police, Durham Regional Police, Region of Durham, Ontario Power Generation as well as the Clarington Physician Group. She provides trauma treatment for various first responders and victims of other types of trauma, such as MVCs and work-related injuries. Dr. Trepanier holds an academic appointment of Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto in the Department of Medicine – Psychiatry, Health & Disease Program. She has been on Contract Faculty at York University since 2007 where he has taught a full forth year Neuropsychology of Abnormal Behavior course. She was a Professional Practice Leader for Psychology at LHC and was an Executive Member of the Hospital Psychology Association of Ontario. Dr. Trepanier is a member with the National Academy of Neuropsychology (NAN), International Neuropsychological Society (INS), Ontario Psychological Association (OPA), the Canadian Registered Health Services Providers (CRHSP) and the Canadian Academy of Psychologists in Disability Assessment (CAPDA). In June 2011, Dr. Trepanier obtained certification in the AMA Guides to Impairment Ratings through the American Board of Forensic Professionals.

Mary Friesen-Walton is a psychotherapist, registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is currently a candidate in a Doctor of Clinical Psychology program. She holds a Master of Psychology degree, as well as, an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She also holds the designation of Canadian Certified Life Care Planner. She has worked for over fifteen years with individuals with complex and catastrophic injuries, including chronic pain, brain injury, and emotional responses following trauma. She has published in the areas of pain and disability. She holds various certificates in cognitive behavior therapy.
Jiha Madiha Humayun.

Jiha Humayun is a psychotherapist, registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She is currently a candidate in a Doctor of Clinical Psychology program. She holds a Master of Psychology degree from Adler Graduate Professional School in Toronto, as well as, an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Anthropology from University of Toronto. She has experience administering psychometric tests and providing psychotherapy and counselling to adults and children with varied mental health issues.
G. Lance Mitson, M.A.
Senior Vocational Specialist
Graeme Lance Mitson obtained a Bachelor of Science in Physics in 1968 and a Masters of Arts in Psychology from York University in 1972. He has over thirty-five years of experience in conducting Vocational Assessments at the Downsview Rehabilitation Centre, Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB), and as a Senior Psychovocational Associate with Dr. Shawn E. Scherer & Associates; Fleming Alcock and Associates; and with Dr. N.C.S. Doxey and Associates. At Dr. Shawn E. Scherer & Associates He was also employed in a vocational counseling/rehabilitation capacity with WSIB clients. He has published in the areas of factors in predicting outcome in low back pain, cognitive predictors of return to work in low back pain patient, predictors of outcome in back surgery and predictors of outcome following disability. He is currently a Psychovocational Associate with Fox Psychological Services and is an associate member of the American Board of Vocational Examiners as well as the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals.
